The Tackle Builders Atlas Umbrella Rig was born from late nights and early mornings of relentless Engineering and design. Although simple in design, this final version must be have been the 50th revision. The Atlas Rig is a patent pending umbrella type rig that mimics a ball of bait fish and has the ability to collapse for easy storage. Since its inception in early 2018, the Atlas Rig has caught thousands of stripers with several notable catches over 10lbs. Some have called it a game changer while others call it their secret weapon. Whatever the case, it’s a rig that can be so effective, it’s almost like cheating.
The Atlas Rig weighs just over 11 oz fully rigged (weight may vary) and spans over 16 inches across. You can store up to 4 rigs in one Plano tackle box. (Plano tackle box not included) It’s compliant with California regulations which restricts a user to only three baits with hooks. Please check your state and local regulations before using the rig.
Many trollers guesstimate how deep they are and miss their target depths completely. They have no clue exactly how deep their rigs are. With so much angling pressure on most lakes, accuracy and precision is a must. You can use the Atlas Rig with confidence using the provided depth charts.

Excellent quality Umbrella rig, and the fishing results exceeded my expectations. Delivery time and packaging were top notch

Love it. 6 outings in a row it’s the only thing getting hits. I need replacement baits. The shad.

I love this apparatus. It’s massive but once you get it trolling it is a striper magnet. I’ve had it a week and already caught 12 and 10 were keepers (18″ and over here in CA)

That’s what I’m talking about! Keep slyaing em!

This rig is easy to use. I have caught several large Striper/Hybrid (10 lb +) and Largemouth Bass using this rig. My first double was this past weekend on it a 6lb and 4lb Striper. I fish in a freshwater lake in Georgia.
